SUP Yoga offers the beginner yogi and paddle boarder alike an opportunity to mesh worlds and have some fun on the water. Our American Canoe Association certified Paddle Board instructor and RYT-200 Hour Trained Yoga Instructor will warm you up to paddle boarding and guide a safe, slow flow yoga practice with some challenging opportunities for those who want to test their skills. Each class begins, is interspersed with, and ends with peaceful relaxation on our beautifully preserved lakes. And of course, if you'd like, our instructor will snag some cool photos for you to share!
