Food Preservation Workshop

Through a partnership with the StarkFresh, Christine Kendle from OSU Extension office of Tuscarawas County will be demonstrating several food preservation techniques with hands-on opportunities and samples for participants.  This will be done at the  site of Stark County's first Kitchen Incubator space.  Techniques that will be shown and discussed include Dehydrating, Water-bath Canning, Pressure Canning, Freezing.  This is a good introductory class for the beginner and a great way to learn how to preserve the fresh produce harvest from your garden this year.
